South Seven Conference of Illinois

The South Seven Conference of Illinois includes the following member high schools: Belleville Althoff, Cahokia, Carbondale, Centralia, Marion, and Mt. Vernon.  Home games for Belleville Althoff will be split at Belleville East and Belleville West.
